Returning Instructor Liability Waiver & Attestations

This is part one of ATP instructor onboarding. Part one takes a few minutes and costs nothing — the $60 shown is the instructor fee, paid in part two. Here you sign your Instructor Liability Waiver and complete your Instructor Attestations, both online.

Steps In Part Two:

Once part one is signed off you move on to Instructor Onboarding. 

Subsequent Onboarding Steps (Unlocked After Part One & Payment)

1. Payment Processing
2. Instructor Licensing Agreement: Read and sign the agreement that covers you as an ATP instructor.
3. Premise License and Space Use Agreement: Signed by the manager of the venue you will teach in, not by you. You can keep going while you wait for it.
4. W9: Complete and Submit your W-9 for your tax records.
5. Instructor Information: Your PT and site details, so we can set your class up correctly.
6. Training Video: How an ATP class runs, start to finish.
7. Instructor Quiz: A short check that everything in the training landed.
8. Survey: Tell us how onboarding went so we can improve it.
9. Instructor Dashboard: Once you have completed the instructor onboarding you will go to the instructor dashboard. 

Step Three:

1. Create your class: Access our guide to record the dates of your course, your bio, the date of your class, the location of your class and upload your headshot. 
2. Publish your class: Submit your class for review and then we publish
3. Access Course Guides: Access the materials you will need to teach your class. 
4. Access the Workouts: It’s recommended but not required that you perform the workouts in preparation for your class and you season ahead. At the minimum you’ll need to review the online workouts your class is doing associated with the workouts you lead from your facility. 
5. Marketing Materials: Access the marketing materials we provide to help you and your practice promote and fill up your class with awesome participants.
