Instructor Profile:
Luke Brands, PT
Luke grew up learning to snowboard on the east coast slopes of Vermont. He and his family moved to Idaho in his youth where he continued to pursue his love for snowboarding and the outdoors. This active lifestyle led him towards personal training and physical therapy. Eventually making his way to the PNW, he began to venture into splitboarding and backcountry/sidecountry/free ride style riding. This style of riding makes preparation all the more important. With 8 years personal training and 3 years as a physical therapist, strength, conditioning, performance, and injury management/prevention have become not only his strong suit but his passion. He could not be more excited to combine these skills with his love for the slopes over the next 6 weeks in helping you be as prepared as possible for the upcoming season
