Answers to the questions we hear most about signing in, your account and your membership. If something here does not solve it, email us — details at the bottom.
Having trouble? Start here
- Are you logged in? Look at the menu — if it says Login, you are signed out. Most “missing” workouts and classes are simply a signed-out session.
- Is your browser up to date? Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all update themselves, but an old version can break video and log-in.
- Refresh the page properly. Hold Shift and click reload (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac).
- Are cookies allowed? Blocking cookies stops the site remembering you are signed in.
- Try a private window, or a different browser or device — that tells us instantly whether it is your browser or your account.
- Pause ad blockers, privacy extensions or a VPN, which can block video and payment screens.
Logging in
How do I log in?
Go to the Login page and sign in with the email address you used when you signed up. Once you are in, you land on your account page.
I forgot my password.
On the Login page, use Lost your password? and enter the email address on your account. We will email you a link to set a new one.
The password reset email has not arrived.
- Check your junk or spam folder — it comes from Alpine Training Project at [email protected].
- Add that address to your contacts so it is not filtered again.
- Give it a few minutes; email can be slow to arrive.
- Make sure you entered the same email address you signed up with.
Still nothing? Email us and we will sort it out.
I am typing the right password but it will not let me in.
Passwords are case sensitive, so check Caps Lock. If your browser filled the box for you it may be storing an old password — clear the field and type it by hand. If it still refuses, reset your password using the link above.
Can I change my email address or password?
Yes. Open your account page and choose Edit profile. You can change your name, email address and password there.
Do I need a separate account for in-person classes?
No. One account covers everything — your online workouts, any in-person class you book and, if you teach for us, your instructor tools.
Your account
Where do I find my account?
It is at alpinetrainingproject.com/account, and it is also the Account link in the menu. Everything lives there: your membership and its end date, your personal details, your invoices and a record of your activity.
How do I get to my workouts?
Sign in, open your account page and use the Online Workouts button at the top. If you cannot see that button, your membership may not be active yet — check the status on the same page.
I am an instructor. Where is my dashboard?
Sign in and open your account page — there is an Instructor Dashboard button alongside Online Workouts. That is where you create and manage your classes and reach your instructor materials.
How do I update my name or email?
Account page → Edit profile. Changing the email address there also changes the address you log in with, so make sure it is one you can receive mail at.
My workouts or classes are missing.
Nine times out of ten you are signed out — check the menu for Login. If you are signed in, look at your membership status on your account page: access follows the membership, and an expired one hides the content. If the status looks right and content is still missing, email us.
Purchases and payment
How do I buy a membership or book a class?
Choose what you want from Programs and follow the checkout. You will create an account (or sign in) and pay securely by card. In-person classes are booked the same way, from the class page itself.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, taken through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Where are my receipts and invoices?
On your account page, under Invoices — click View all to see every payment with its date, amount and membership.
I paid but I still cannot see my content.
Payments usually apply straight away, but occasionally the confirmation lags.
- Wait a minute or two, then reload your account page.
- Sign out and back in — that refreshes what your account can reach.
- Check the membership status on your account page.
If it still has not appeared, email us with the address on your account and roughly when you paid, and we will put it right. Please never send your card number by email.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — there is a one week free trial of the online training programs. You will find it on the home page and on the Online Program page.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms are shown at the point of purchase, and some bookings — in-person classes in particular — are final because places are limited. If you are unsure where you stand, email us and we will look at it with you.
Membership status
How do I check whether my membership is active?
Open your account page. The panel at the top lists each membership with its status and expiry date, and just below it you will find the full terms — what you paid, how long it runs and whether it renews.
What do the different statuses mean?
- Active — you are all set, with access until the date shown.
- Pending — we have your signup but the payment has not completed yet. Finish checkout and it turns active.
- Expired — the term has ended. Buy again to pick up where you left off.
- Cancelled — cancelled at your request.
When does my membership end?
The expiry date sits next to the membership name on your account page. That date is when access stops.
Does my membership renew automatically?
It depends which one you hold, so trust your own account rather than a general rule: the terms under Your membership terms on your account page say plainly whether it renews or simply ends on the date shown.
Cancelling
How do I cancel my membership?
Sign in, open your account page, and use the Cancel Membership link in the membership panel at the top. It takes effect straight away and no further payment is taken.
What happens to my access if I cancel?
Check the expiry date on your account page — it tells you what you have already paid for. If anything about the dates looks wrong after you cancel, email us before your access ends and we will check it.
Can I come back later?
Absolutely. Your account, your history and your progress stay put. Sign in and buy again whenever you are ready — there is no need to make a second account.
How do I cancel a place in an in-person class?
In-person classes run in small groups, so places are held for you and are usually final. Email us as early as you can and we will do what we can.
Still stuck
The site looks broken or will not finish loading.
Reload holding Shift (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac). If that does not do it, clear your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again. Trying a private window or a second browser tells you whether the problem is your browser or your account.
A workout video will not play.
Check your internet connection, then refresh the page. Ad blockers, privacy extensions and VPNs are the usual culprits — pause them for this site. Failing that, try another browser or device.
It keeps signing me out.
That is almost always cookies. Allow cookies for alpinetrainingproject.com, and avoid “block all cookies” or strict privacy modes. Signing in again after clearing your cache usually settles it for good.
Still need a hand?
Email [email protected] and a real person will get back to you. To save a round trip, tell us:
- the email address on your account
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- the browser and device you were using
