Join Amanda as she takes you through Alpine Training Project’s 6-week pre-season series hosted at Lake Washington PT in West Seattle.

Registering for this series gives you access to 6 in-person classes and a 6 month membership to the Alpine Training Project’s online training videos hosted on alpinetrainingproject.com.

You will use Alpine Training Project’s online training videos to supplement and enhance your in-person training.

Your Membership to alpinetrainingproject.com includes access to:

  1. 6 week ski conditioning training series for backcountry or resort based skiing and snowboarding.
  2. Staying Dialed training series to maintain your edge after the 6 week series.
  3. Performance Booster training series to boost your performance after the 6 week series.
  4. Recovery training series to address mobility and aid in recovery as needed from when you start your training to the end of your season.

Meet your Instructor:

I’ve been on skis for as long as I can remember—my dad put me on the slopes practically as soon as I could walk. Ever since, I’ve been hooked on everything the mountains have to offer. My favorite days are spent chasing steep and deep powder, weaving through mogul fields, and occasionally heading out for a backcountry tour. But at heart, I’m happiest when I’m out on a resort powder day, pushing myself on challenging terrain and soaking up a bluebird day.

Off the slopes, I’m a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic conditions, and I love working with athletes of all levels—from weekend warriors to competitive professionals. I take a fitness-forward approach to therapy, believing it’s not just about solving pain or healing injuries, but also about enhancing performance and preventing future setbacks.

On the mountain and in the clinic, my goal is the same: to empower people to exceed their goals, gain confidence, and reach their full potential—whether that’s skiing steeper lines, tackling moguls with more control, or simply feeling stronger in everyday life.
