Join us once a week for a 1 hour circuit workout to prepare your systems for the winter ahead and make it your best season yet!
Train quad endurance, core and hip stability and muscle balance to feel strong heading into the ski season and reduce your chance of injury. We will also work on key regions of mobility as well as agility and plyometric-type exercises to help you enter in at the top of your game. Classes are taught by physical therapists with thoughtfully created programs. This year we are offering three class options in two different locations:
