Our self-assessment is designed as a movement screen specific to the demands of skiing and snowboarding. This is optional but recommended to determine how your baseline movement and foundational strength measure up against what we consider the most critical aspects of the sport. This will help you discover which areas you are already strong in as well as which areas may need extra attention throughout training. The self-assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete.
