We are excited about your interest in joining the ATP team. Teaching the ski conditioning class has been an annual highlight for us and we are thrilled to share it with more PTs and class participants.
Our goal is to make teaching this course as smooth, fun, and beneficial as possible. Below are details regarding the structure of the licensing partnership and expectations so you know what you are signing up for.

- What we provide:
- Materials to become an independent contractor for ATP
- Programming for a 6 week, 1x/week circuit class to be conducted in the pre-season for skiing and snowboarding – typically runs October through November
- Electronic marketing materials for print and social
- Customized with your site logo for you to distribute on your social channels, on location, or around your community.
- Management of class participant sign-ups and payments through the ATP website
- Resources for conducting weekly class
- Station signs
- Demo videos for each exercise
- Sign-in forms
- Access to the ATP online programs for instructor and class participants (6 month membership)
- Class participants can continue their training with in-season workouts or re-visit pre-season ski conditioning workouts even after the class is done. ($130 value)
- Liability coverage for you as an instructor
- E-mail support from ATP for questions
- The Requirements
- Time commitment:
- Complete onboarding process
- Includes 4 hour online training video, eligible for 4 hours of CE. Requires post-course assessment and course feedback form.
- Submit additional documents to complete requirements for tax status and liability coverage.
- Complete 1 zoom info session with an ATP staff after onboarding- (45 min.)
- Prep for weekly class (~30-60 min)
- Class set-up, instruction, and tear-down (~2 hr total, 1 hr. class-time)

- Square footage : at least 550 sf of usable “gym” type space to facilitate 12 exercise stations
- Basic equipment including: dumbbells, kettlebells, mini-bands, gym ball, mats, plyo box (to jump on)

- Become a licensee of Alpine Training Project with rights to teach our courses for 1 year
- Profit sharing model: 60% of all net revenue
- Example with full class: $220 class cost x 12 participants x 60% – minus credit card processing fees = $1375 or $229 / class)
