Alpine Training Project Ski Injury Reduction Training

Welcome to the Alpine Training Project team!

Please complete the steps below in order to be onboarded.  Once completed, you will be given access to all of the teaching materials and your class will be listed on the ATP website.  If you have questions please contact [email protected].

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS….PLEASE READ!!!

Before beginning: bookmark this page to come back to for completion later.

When accessing the onboarding page at future dates, make sure that you are signed into your account on www.alpinetrainingproject.com so that the information saves to your account.

  1. Download the licensing agreement, sublease agreement, and W9 form below
    1. You will upload the completed documents during the final section : PT and site information.  Do not upload them before you are ready for final submission (uploads and text do not save when you leave the page)
    2. Our goal throughout this process is to make this as smooth and easy as possible.  There are some i’s to dot and t’s to cross, but these documents will ensure that expectations are clear between ATP, instructor/licensees, and host clinics as well as ensuring proper liability coverage is in place.
    3. For the sublease: many clinics are willing to allow use of their space at no cost, knowing that they benefit from the exposure and branding associated with hosting such a class.  We leave this arrangement to the clinic and instructor to negotiate.  Legally, there must be an exchange of at least $1 in order to have a valid sublease.
  2. View the training course video (3.5 hr)
    1. This course is eligible for 4 CE credits.  If you have questions about the eligibility of this course in your state, please reach out to us.
  3. Complete the course quiz
    1. Must receive an 80% to pass.  This will be verified by an ATP staff upon completion of the onboarding process
  4. Complete the course feedback form
  5. Complete the PT and site information section
    1. ***please note this section must be completed all at one time.  It will not save if you leave the page! ***
    2. Complete bio info for the website and all uploads.  Press submit (it may look like information disappears here, but it is ok…it has gone through at that point!).  Then press complete.
  6. Sign off on the completion of the course once ALL sections have been completed
  7. Download your CE course completion certificate
    1. View this in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.

Once you have completed the onboarding process, a member of the ATP team will reach out to you to schedule a time for a group zoom call (30-45 min).  There will be an opportunity to ask questions you may have following onboarding or in regards to your specific site.
